Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation within 48 hours may incur a loss of one nights booking (if we are unable to re-let the room) debited from your credit card.
2. For group bookings for any number of nights, a 25% deposit of the total cost may be required at time of booking.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice incur a loss of deposit, debited from your credit card.
3. No shows are debited one nights booking amount from your credit card.
4. Credit cards details are taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation only. Payment of balance of deposit, or full payment is made on departure. No payments are made in full at time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Overseas Travelers – Please ensure loss of deposit for accommodation cancellations are included in your travel insurance policy.
